The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit will wade into Missouri’s congressional map dispute Thursday. The hearing in a federal suit filed by Rep. Bob Onder (R-Mo.) follows a week after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked a federal judge’s ruling in another suit that would have allowed a 2025 GOP-favored map to stay.
