Former BitBay Partner Charged in Zondacrypto Fraud Probe

Polish prosecutors charged Roman Ż., a former business partner of missing BitBay founder Sylwester Suszek, with two offenses including fraud. He is at least the fifth person charged in the expanded investigation into the collapse of Zondacrypto, formerly BitBay, which had over 1 million registered users.
