Kennedy Center's attempt to put Trump's name on building blocked again by judge

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that the Kennedy Center's attempt to put President Trump's name on the building violated his earlier order blocking the renaming. Judge Christopher R. Cooper said linguistic gymnastics cannot extricate the board from the order. He ordered Trump's name removed in May, saying only Congress can change the name.
