Cosmos Hub Restarts After 25-Hour Halt, Moves $2.1 million in ATOM

Cosmos Hub restarted on Sept. 23 after a 25-hour halt caused by a Neutron governance attack. Validators then moved 1,227,121 ATOM, worth about $2.1 million, from a wallet linked to the attacker. The network resumed operations after the incident, which had temporarily suspended activity on the blockchain.
