Kalshi’s perpetual security futures filing requires a $100 billion stock cap

KalshiEX LLC, operator of the Kalshi prediction-market platform, filed with the SEC on September 18 to list perpetual security futures contracts. These contracts borrow mechanics from crypto trading and apply them to major Wall Street stocks. The filing requests permission to list contracts with a $100 billion stock cap, expanding Kalshi's offerings into securities derivatives.
