Conduit, a cross-border payments platform, sued Tether in federal court over a stablecoin freeze locking $2.76 million since September 24, 2025. The company says the freeze was never properly explained. The lawsuit, filed this week, seeks to recover the funds and challenges Tether's freeze practices.
