Chainalysis Breach Exposes All Users' Credentials, Forces Shutdown of Key Services

Blockchain analysis firm Chainalysis disclosed that an ongoing agentic cyber attack exposed names, usernames, password hashes, and live tokens for all users. The company removed access to Reactor and Data Solutions during the investigation, but said there is no evidence that investigations data was accessed. The breach forced a shutdown of key services.
