Hemp ban set to be delayed a month after House passes funding bill

The House passed a short-term government funding bill, 370-48, with 19 Republicans and 29 Democrats opposing, funding the government through Dec. 11. The continuing resolution delays a looming ban on intoxicating hemp products by a month, giving the industry more time.
