L-BTC to BTC peg-outs remain non-functional on Liquid, 11 days after white hat hackers siphoned nearly 4,000 BTC. The hackers returned 3,400 BTC but still hold 598.50 BTC valued at over $45 million. Blockstream refuses the hacker demand, leaving the peg-out process shut down.
