CLARITY Act Made 126 Concessions and Still Couldn’t Get 60 Votes

The Senate failed to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3633, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, on Sept. 15. The bill made 126 concessions but still couldn't reach the 60 votes needed, ending the first full-floor test of crypto market-structure legislation.
