Ethereum rose 1% to above $2,350 after the Fed held rates at 3.75-4.00% in a 10-2 vote. The Coinbase Premium Index hit -0.181, its lowest since February. US spot ETH ETFs saw $60.2 million in net outflows Tuesday, a second straight day. ETH bounced off the 200-day EMA at $2,316.
