Binance Users in France, Spain and Poland Face Nov. 29 Fee Deadline Before Closures

Binance will close some European accounts on December 31, 2026, with monthly fees of 0.025% or 10 USDC starting November 29. Deposits are blocked, but withdrawals remain open. Accounts emptied before November 29 will not be charged. Binance has not yet won a MiCA license.
