SWI secures €800 million to convert Genesis Digital sites for AI computing

SWI Group raised €800 million (about $894 million) for AI computing and data-center expansion in Europe and the US. The funds will help convert facilities of bitcoin miner Genesis Digital Assets to AI workloads. The fundraising values the Euronext Amsterdam-listed firm at about €6.1 billion.
