Bitcoin Exodus: Investors Move BTC Away from Exchanges

Bitcoin reserves on exchanges have fallen to about 2.68 million BTC, the lowest since 2023, according to CryptoQuant. They were near 3.2 million BTC at the start of 2024. The decline continued through price swings, the 2025 rally, and the 2026 pullback, leaving less BTC available for trading.
