Aave tightened USDT borrowing rules on its Ethereum V3 Core market. Since October 21, rates increase faster once 92% of liquidity is borrowed, down from 94%. At 94% utilization, the theoretical rate jumps from 4.5% to 7%, preserving funds for withdrawals.
