Trump’s D.C.-area arch expected to be approved, but without sniper or drone plans

The National Capital Planning Commission is expected to approve President Donald Trump's massive 'Triumphal Arch' for Washington, D.C., with construction scheduled to begin almost immediately. The controversial project, however, will not include sniper or drone plans, according to the commission's review. Approval would clear the way for the monument's construction in the nation's capital.
