Winklevoss Asset Services filed an S-1 with the SEC for the Winklevoss Zcash ETF, a proposed Nasdaq-listed product holding ZEC directly. The fund would charge a 0.25% sponsor fee, with Winklevoss Capital indicating nonbinding interest in buying up to $100 million of shares.
