Apex Group’s on-chain compliance framework carries bond rules across blockchains

Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network, and the ERC-3643 Association launched an on-chain compliance framework for bonds consistent with Swift standards. It enables compliance rules to be shared across blockchains, letting institutions distribute tokenised assets across networks without rebuilding the compliance framework for each one.
