The Trump administration published a rule Tuesday speeding the process for revoking refugee status, allowing termination in as little as 10 days. The final rule takes effect Wednesday and bypassed the formal notice and comment period. Currently, any refugee facing revocation has limited time to respond under the new expedited process.
