Strategy Acquires 1,665 BTC and Repurchases $152 Million of STRC

Strategy acquired 1,665 Bitcoin for approximately $142.7 million between September 21 and 27, bringing its total holdings to 847,666 BTC. The company also repurchased 1.53 million STRC shares for about $151.7 million. During the same period, Strategy raised approximately $246.2 million through the sale of 1.47 million MSTR shares under its ATM program.
