Bitmex Faces $26 Million Claim Over 1,053 Losing Bitcoin Trades

British software engineer Lewis Barber is demanding 324.8 BTC (about $26 million) from Bitmex, claiming the exchange had no legal authority to offer him derivatives trading in the UK. The claim targets more than 1,000 losing trades over four years.
