McConnell discharged from rehab center, Senate return still unclear

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) was discharged from a rehab facility and has returned home, he said in a statement. The 84-year-old lawmaker was hospitalized in June and has not been seen in public since. McConnell said he will maintain an intensive regimen of physical therapy from home and continue to engage with staff and colleagues.
