Zcash holders voted nearly unanimously on Network Upgrade 7, with 99.9% backing a cut in target block time from 75 seconds to 25, and 98.9% choosing to preserve the Bitcoin-style halving schedule. Nearly 2.4 million ZEC participated in the private poll.
