Kraken introduced a new security feature called Kraken Support to combat crypto scams. Announced on August 6, it extends the exchange's in-app call verification system to standard phone callbacks. Users will see a verification banner inside the Kraken app when a legitimate support agent calls them, enhancing security against support scams.
