Circle Removes USDC Redemption Surcharge, Keeps Express Fee at 0.05%

Circle removed the surcharge on standard USDC redemptions, while keeping the express fee at 0.05%. Existing Circle Mint customers will move to the revised fee schedule when their next billing period begins. The change eliminates the previous redemption surcharge, making standard redemptions free of Circle fees.
