Circle Q3 Revenue Hits $865M as USDC Issuer Cuts Workforce by 5%

Circle's Q3 revenue rose 17% to $865 million, with net income up 5% to $226 million. The USDC issuer's results were boosted by a $182 million ARC token presale, offsetting declining income from reserve backing. Circle also cut its workforce by 5%.
