Missouri Supreme Court rules new GOP-drawn map can’t be used for November elections

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled that a new GOP-drawn congressional map cannot be used for November elections. A referendum seeking to put the map up for a vote must be placed on the ballot, so the state will use its old lines this fall.
