Wicker, Shaheen to propose resolution urging U.S. cooperation with Russian pro-democracy movement

Sens. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) and Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) plan to introduce a non-binding resolution Wednesday urging the State Department to bolster cooperation with Russia's pro-democracy movement, both inside and outside the country. The draft resolution was obtained exclusively by The Hill.
