Coinbase Files to Keep Operating Under Brazil’s New Crypto Rules

Coinbase filed to continue operating under Brazil's new crypto rules, which take effect Nov. 6. Starting then, Brazilian banks and payment firms cannot conduct crypto operations with unauthorized providers, and the amended rule no longer exempts firms awaiting decisions.
