Coinbase-Backed Base Gives Users More Control With Cobalt Upgrade

Base launched Cobalt, its third major network upgrade, now live on mainnet. The upgrade adds new transaction controls for traders, including a feature called 'Validity Transactions,' and expands tools for companies issuing tokens on the Coinbase-incubated Ethereum Layer 2 network. This gives users more control over their transactions.
