Ted Cruz calls for elections in Venezuela after ‘positive’ U.S. oil deal

Sen. Ted Cruz called for democratic free elections in Venezuela after the U.S. announced an oil deal with the country. Cruz said the deal could have a very positive impact on gas prices, but stressed the need for democratic governance.
