She died at the San Diego border. A surveillance camera was in plain sight

Graciela Gómez Hernández, 30, crossed the border from Tijuana into Southern California on September 14, 2025, sending voice messages to her mother and sister as she walked. Within hours she was lost and later died. A surveillance camera was in plain sight, but no one noticed her. The incident is part of the 'Dying on Camera' investigation.
