Nebraskans Set to Vote on Betting Markets With Kalshi Looming

Nebraska's Secretary of State certified two online sports wagering petitions on Aug. 21, sending them to the Nov. 3 general election. One would authorize online wagering in the state constitution; the other would write tax and licensing rules into statute. FanDuel and DraftKings each invested roughly $3.5 million in the campaign, with a casino also contributing.
