Binance plans its first withdrawal window after a $6.3 billion hack, scheduled for 1–4 a.m. ET Sunday (06:00–09:00 UTC). The exchange said it had replenished about 95% of affected assets, and withdrawals will resume gradually as each asset and network passes security checks.
