Keel, formerly Bitfarms, completed the shutdown of all its U.S. bitcoin mining operations. Revenue halved and operating loss hit $141 million. The company has no operating U.S. mining business or signed data center tenant, leaving $819 million in liquidity dependent on three lease negotiations.
