Binance France To Charge Idle Accounts Fees Before Shutting Them Down

Binance France will close all customer accounts on Dec. 31, 2026, and will start charging monthly fees on Nov. 29 to anyone still holding assets there. French media reported on Nov. 6 that Binance emailed customers saying deposits are no longer possible, marking the exchange's full withdrawal from the French market.
