CNN, MS NOW and Politico prevail against White House — for now

A federal judge ruled late Tuesday that President Trump cannot ban news organizations from White House coverage because he dislikes their coverage — at least until a formal trial. CNN, MSNBC and Politico prevailed in the preliminary ruling. The White House had sought to restrict access for outlets it considers hostile. The case now moves toward trial.
