Cardano treasury withdrawals have used 91.5% of the 500 million ADA limit. The treasury held about 1.382 billion ADA at Epoch 662. A pending 22 million ADA copper reserve request would leave only 20.6 million ADA in the tally if the benchmark remains unchanged.
