Standard Chartered Signs Binding Deal to Buy All of Crypto Custodian Zodia Custody

Standard Chartered has signed binding agreements to acquire all of crypto custodian Zodia Custody, converting its May non-binding offer into definitive deals. Zodia's software arm will move to a new SC Ventures company backed by seven named investors, marking a significant consolidation in the digital asset custody space.
