Ethereum Taps $2,546 as ETF Cash and Shorts Fuel the Fire

Ethereum (ETH) surged 29.8% over the past seven days, outpacing bitcoin's 22.9% gain. Returning exchange-traded fund (ETF) buyers, squeezed shorts, and a shrinking supply of readily tradable coins drove ETH to a weekly high of $2,546 on Saturday afternoon. ETH was trading around $2,435 late Saturday at 5 p.m. EDT after cooling from the peak.
