Rep. Andrew Garbarino (R-N.Y.), chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, said his panel is conducting oversight of ICE after its officers fatally shot two individuals over the last week. Garbarino told The Hill’s Rebecca Beitsch at the second annual Hill Nation Summit that his panel has already reached out regarding the incidents.
