CEXs are losing market share to DEXs – Even when both are shrinking

The $6.3B Binance hack pushed Hyperliquid's share of CEX volume from 8.0% to 8.3%. However, DEXs are less able to reimburse victims, so sticky flows could reverse. Centralized exchanges are losing market share to decentralized venues even when both are shrinking.
