GOP Rep. Mike Flood (Neb.) said Sunday he prioritizes funding the Pentagon amid the Iran war over President Trump's $5,000 dividend proposal. Flood told reporters, 'The priority, in my opinion right now, should be funding our troops and replenishing our' military, adding he needs to see the proposal's details first.
