Hallie Shoffner, Democratic opponent of Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), said Tuesday that "not once" has daylight saving time come up on the campaign trail, after President Trump aired frustration over stalled legislation to make it permanent. In an interview on MS NOW, Shoffner said over the 450 days of her campaign, the issue hasn't been raised by voters.
