JPMorgan Takes JPM Coin to Ethereum, and Says It Is Not a Stablecoin

JPMorgan made its JPM Coin deposit token live on the Ethereum mainnet on Monday for institutional clients. The token had only run on Base since November 2025. JPMorgan says the token is not a stablecoin; each one represents a dollar in a bank account. Kinexys, the bank's blockchain, supports the token.
