Hillary Clinton warns the U.S. has let its guard down on terrorism 25 years after 9/11

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned Thursday that the Trump administration is not doing enough to monitor and thwart terrorists threatening the U.S., 25 years after the 9/11 attacks. She said the country has let its guard down on terrorism.
