Two XRP escrow releases totaled 1 billion tokens on Oct. 31, but only 700 million were re-locked into new escrows on Nov. 1, leaving 300 million XRP outside escrow. The new escrows have unlock schedules set for 2029, reducing the immediate circulating supply increase relative to the full release amount.
