House GOP passes blueprint for reconciliation 3.0

House Republicans passed a budget framework for reconciliation 3.0 by a 216-214 vote, unlocking work on a $95 billion package. Two Republicans, Thomas Massie and Warren Davidson, voted against it along with all Democrats and Independent Kevin Kiley. The package includes $73 billion for the Iran war, $12 billion in farm aid, and $10 billion for the SAVE America Act. President Trump pressured House Republicans to support the resolution.
