House Democrat says his phone calls with a state legislator were wiretapped by FBI

Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-Va.) said Thursday the DOJ and FBI wiretapped his calls with a Virginia state legislator between March 6 and April 5, authorized by a federal judge in early March. He calls it politically targeted surveillance of a sitting Democratic congressman; the DOJ hasn't commented.
