Paramount Closes Warner Merger in Historic Hollywood Deal

Paramount Skydance Corp. closed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, combining two of the five largest Hollywood studios and uniting franchises like Harry Potter and Mission Impossible. The new company, Skydance, will be led by David Ellison and Ynon Kreiz as co-CEOs, and will include Paramount+ and HBO Max streaming services.
